Add strength training to your exercise regime!

You can make a start by getting yourself some free weights and looking online for a decent program or using workout DVDs. I have a great selection of strength training DVDs available, which will kick start you.

Weight training increases your metabolism so you will be burning more calories even when you aren't doing anything. It will also help build lean muscle which will help with your cardio training as well.

Interval training, cardio and strength, is supposed to be the best way to lose fat fast!
