SAMPLE ROTATIONS

Below are examples of how you can mix and match the YOU BUILD workouts to create your favourite routines. Please note that these are just recommendations, you can certainly do more or less of the workouts depending on your fitness level and goals. Even the base level, as demonstrated in the videos, is tougher than an average 'beginner' workout, so please do not get discouraged if you find it difficult at first. Just do what you can and, with time, you will see your strength and endurance increasing. Take breaks when needed, slow things down, do whichever modifications you require to make the workouts doable, yet challenging for YOU! This is all about building a routine that is challenging and helps YOU to become a better version of yourself!
