Time to work your glutes and outer thighs. Did you know that there isn't actually an outer thigh muscle. It is by defining the side glutes, hamstrings and quads that you get a nice firm outer thigh area. So we are using ankle weights with clam shell variations to tighten those side booty cheeks and then a prone position on the step to get into hamstrings and under butt! Finish with a nice stretch!
