Welcome to the 10 Minute Tone Series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to tone all your trouble spots using the most effective exercises. You can also add various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge, however, it is still a great workout without it.
10 Min Tone Back Body you will use just your body weight to work your butt, hamstrings and back. You will start with standing exercises leaning on a chair to isolate your butt and hamstrings and adding in single side back rows and extensions. Then continue with similar exercises in all fours and finally front laying position. There is a nice stretch sculpt element to this workout, but don't be fooled, you will feel the burn!
