Welcome to the Tone Up Express Series, a series of 6 advanced workouts that are designed to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. These workouts use various combinations of mat and standing exercises to create long, defined muscles. There are lots of angle variations, balance challenges and compound exercises to engage both your mind and body. The workouts need minimal space and only a small amount of equipment.

In Tone Up Express Flow you will start with squat variations to warm up the entire body, then move into a warrior sequence with lunges and step ins, then a fold over releve exercise, a crouching glute extension and front leg releve squat. Repeat that series on the other side before moving into a roll back to single leg crouch, then a double leg crouch in releve, stay in a crouching position with knee in and outs and alternating knee touch downs. Next a down dog bounce series with knee drops and butt kicks. Then a side to side back reach in wide reverse plank, hold on one side and do hip dips with reaches. Next a side plank hip dip with reach into a side plank push up. And finally a windshield wiper side to side move. Finish with a lengthening stretch.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
