In Walk and Sculpt 2000 Step Walk you will step at a faster pace for a total of 20 minutes and then move to the mat for lower body exercises. Every 60 seconds the movement will change to make it more fun and interesting. The exercises are all easy to follow and will get your heart rate up without putting pressure on your joints.
