This workout consists of 5 unique cardio and toning segments that can be done all together for a 95 minute total body workout or individually to suit any schedule.
After a warm up you will be using a resistance band and resistance loop fused with barre style exercises to effectively sculpt every body part. The fast pace and high repetitions will be sure to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. Finish with a relaxing stretch to lengthen your muscles catch your breath.
THE 5 SEGMENTS ARE:
Cardio Legs: Use the resistance loop with feel good cardio exercises that focus on the lower body to burn fat and chisel your legs.
Barre Legs: Traditional barre style lower body exercises using the resistance loop to intensify the burn and maximise your results!
Upper Body: Use the resistance band to sculpt long lean muscles without bulk. High repetitions will leave your arms begging for mercy!
Glutes on the mat: Focused glute work with the resistance loop to add intensity. Hit your glutes from all angles - your non-surgical butt lift!
Abdominals: Use the resistance band with advanced Pilates style ab exercises to whittle your waist and flatten your lower tummy.

It looked really easy when I previewed and thought how effective can this be??? Don't let it fool you. It is very effective and fun! I can feel it all over my legs and glutes. I always love Linda's workout! Honestly, I think it's one of the best workout I've ever done and I've been exercising for 20 years!

I just recently found Linda's workouts and I have to say that I'm addicted! They are awesome stand-alone workouts, but they can very easily be utilized as add-on's as well. The moves are unique, fresh and effective, but these workouts have no dread factor for me! I've emailed Linda and she is as sweet as she appears in the workouts. Awesome instructor; awesome workouts!

I started out with Linda’s Barlates workouts on YouTube and then moved on to her downloads at http://www.workoutdvdworld.com.au/welcome/workout_downloads/ so when Resista-Barre came out I knew I had to get it and it does not disappoint! Linda has amazing moves and the way she sequences them together I am always feeling the burn! The thing I really like about this workout is the loop and resistance band take it to a whole other level. As an instructor Linda also has excellent cueing, form pointers, is very encouraging and telling you where you should be feeling the moves and what not to do. All in all I really enjoyed this workout and I definitely see myself using it quite often in its entirety or just doing certain segments by themselves. I hope that Linda makes more Resista-Barre workouts because I will for sure keep on buying them!

Linda has became one of my favorites instructor. Linda is a really good instructor with excellent cueing. What I like the most about this workout is that you could do the entire workout or chose 4 of the shorter premixes. The exercise are really effective to tone the entire body, joint friendly and I could really feel my muscles been worked. Thank Linda for your creative fitness approach.
Excellent barre workout
This is an excellent barre workout, its a total of 95 minutes but it also includes the following premixes: Upper Body Only (44 Minutes) Lower Body Only (50 Minutes) Upper & Cardio (55 Minutes) Lower & Cardio (61 Minutes)
Select Chapters • Warm Up (6 Minutes)Upper Body (21 Minutes)Cardio Legs (11 Minutes) Barre Legs (23 Minutes) Glutes (15 Minutes Abs (11 Minutes) Stretch (6 Minutes) I did the entire workout (95 minutes) and I burned around 800 calories. Linda is a great and pleasant instructor. I have most of her workouts and they are really effective to tone your entire body.
