Welcome to the Focused 10 Mins series. If you are short on time or just want to customize your workout, these express routines are for you. 10 minutes with no time wasted, using easy to find equipment and a fast pace to burn fat and create long, lean muscles. No excuses! Everyone can fit 10 minutes of exercise into their day!

In Focused 10 Mins Upper you will start with the resistance band and do front push pulls and overhead push pulls, next a lat pull down behind the head and 2 pull outs at the top, then put the band behind the back and do waist pushes to straight arm flies with little criss crosses to burn out the chest. Then sit on the band and cross it over for side triceps extensions. Next the loop with biceps curls, then biceps curl to overhead press, next single arm angled biceps curls. Next the weights for waist side pushes to front over head pushes. Then 3 overhead triceps extensions with a waist rotation out and in. Stay up for triceps pulses then at the waist for rotation pulses to the back to finish.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
