Welcome to the Double Burn Series, a set of workouts that will challenge your body from every angle. You will use a double set principle where you perform 2 different intensity levels of one exercises to fully fatigue the muscle. Each workout will use various pieces of equipment as well as your body weight to increase the challenge. You will work from the hardest to the easiest level with lots of variations to keep thing interesting. Each workout is a total body workout with warm up and stretch at the end.
In Double Burn Ankle Weights you will start with some squat and lunge combinations to warm up your entire body. Then move to 2 lower body groupings - elevated squats with side leg raises and a tough inner thigh series using the step for extra range of motion. Then 2 upper body groupings - an incline biceps curl and seated shoulder upright row series using the ball to lean against, and a side lateral raise to angled front push combination. Then 2 core groupings - a standing abs set with side knee ups and an elevated up and over lower ab tuck combinations that will really burn your belly. Finish with a lengthening stretch.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor!
