GET ALL 4 BODYWEIGHT BASICS SERIES WORKOUTS
Welcome to the BODYWEIGHT BASICS Series. These workouts use intervals of 70 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to fully fatigue each muscle group. Using no equipment except your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in just 30 minutes and in minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
THE WORKOUTS ARE:
Stretch Sculpt (32 mins): in this workout the exercises include lots of lunges, squats, leg raises, a push up combination and various leg extensions. The exercises are large range of motion with a unique stretch element to them so you will feel lengthened and strong when you finish.
Lower (31 mins): This is an endurance workout with lots of lunge, squat and kick combinations. There are also some forward leaning leg raises to work your lower body from all angles. Because of the fast pace and short rest periods you will feel a high cardio factor in this workout too.
Cardio Sculpt (32 mins): will take you through standing and mat combinations such as lunges, squats, leg raises, plank variations, hand stand variations, squat thrusts and down dog glute raises. You will perform all the exercises on one side and then move to the other.
Mat Workout (32 mins): In this workout you will see hip thrust variations, side plank oblique work, a tough push up sequence, down dog glute raises, some interesting plank variations and pretzel combinations.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
