Welcome to my ANGLE SCULPT Series. These workouts are full body sculpting routines that will chisel your body from all different angles. Add some fun equipment to increase the challenge! These are workouts you can grow with!
SET INCLUDES:
Barre (52 min): Are you ready for a traditional barre burn! This workout goes back to old school barre moves with lots of angles to work every part of your body. You will start with some flowing stretch sculpt moves to get the heart rate up, then use light weights to thoroughly work your arms and shoulders. Then the bulk of the workout is standing lower body before some more dynamic stretch sculpting to lengthen out. For all you barre lovers, this one is for you!
Endurance 80 (53 min): Endurance 80 is similar to my Endurance Series workouts with 80 second intervals of work and 10 seconds in between. It's a tough one because it uses an elevation for the majority of the intervals and has a lot of up and down exercises to get the heart rate up. You will hit all different angles and also work your balance, co-ordination and strength.
Pilates Weights (52 min): This is a mostly standing cardio sculpt workout. You will start with a light warm up using just the ball, then go into a long set of standing Pilates exercises using the ball and medium weights depending on the exercises. There is a great stability element to a lot of the combinations, so you will get standing core work as a bonus. For the last segment, hit the mat with your light weights and the ball for some fun abs and outer thigh combinations! The burn is real!
Total Body (50 min): Grab your small ball and some weights to work your entire body from all different angles! Start with a standing weightless arms warm up, then use light weights to chisel those arms in a standing and kneeling position. Next comes long lever abs that are sure to leave your core on fire. Then an all 4s glute series using the ball for instability to work the core. And a super tough L-series to finish burning out the lower body. Finally a lengthening stretch.
What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time. These workouts will hit all those trouble spots and best of all you don't even need to wear shoes to do them! Get ready to sweat, puff and burn - hopefully you'll love every minute of it!
