Welcome to my 100 Rep Challenge Series. You will do 100 reps per exercise for a total of 10 exercises to give you a 1000 rep workout! So that there is no boredom factor there will be variations for each exercise so you won't be doing straight reps. The pace is fast to keep the heart rate up and there is little break between sets.

With this 100 Rep Challenge Squat and Kick workout you will be performing 10 rounds of a 100 reps for a total of 1000 reps for your lower body! You will definitely feel the burn, but try to push through! We will be working the glutes and thighs from all different angles with exercises that lengthen and strengthen at the same time. The kicking will increase the cardio factor so you will get a good calorie burn at the same time!

Because I will be counting throughout the workout, there won't be as many form pointers as usual so if this is your first time doing some of these exercises please check out some of my other lower body workouts first as form is king to really feel the burn!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique.
