Welcome to the 10 Minute Tone Series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to tone all your trouble spots using the most effective exercises. You can also add various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge, however, it is still a great workout without it.
10 Min Tone Elevated Thighs is a mat workout using a step bench to elevate the exercises (can be done without)! You will see side laying outer thigh and inner thigh exercises with the added range of motion of the elevation and the added burn of the resistance loop. We will use the loop in a figure 8, which helps it to stay in place better and shortens it slightly to give even more of a challenge!
