Welcome to Barre Fusion 3 Ways, a complete workout system to torch lengthen and define your entire body. Get in the best shape of your life using traditional barre exercises fused with innovative pilates and yoga flow routines. These workout will engage both your mind and body!

This box set includes 11 workouts that can either be used individually or can be mix and matched to create your perfect routine.

THE SET INCLUDES:

DISC 1 - Standing Barre Series

Standing Barre Pretzel (22 mins): Performing pretzel exercises in a standing rather than seated position means that you are also engaging your supporting leg, using balance and working against gravity more.

Standing Barre Abs (34 mins): Using the pilates/barre ball you will twist, stretch and lengthen your abs and you will feel a definite burn.

Standing Barre Thighs (26 mins): This is traditional ballet barre thigh workout that focuses on small isometric movements to really get deep into the muscles of the inner and outer thighs as well as some glute and hamstring.

Standing Barre Glutes (28 mins): Use the resistance loop to increase the challenge of these traditional barre seat exercises.

Standing Barre Arms (21 mins): A light dumbbell arms workout that uses high repetitions and isometric tension to create a long, lean physique.


DISC 2 - Mat Barre Series 

Mat Ball and Loop (48 mins): Sculpt your whole body with this barre pilates fusion mat workout. Using a pilates or playground ball and a resistance loop to increase the intensity of the exercises this workout uses focused isometric movements to initiate deep muscle contractions.

Mat Ball and Band (46 mins): Start with some upper body and abs exercises, move on to some knee dancing and finish with tough lower body exercises to lengthen and define your thighs and seat. You will utilize all the smaller supporting muscle groups that traditional strength training usually misses.

Mat Ball, Band and Loop (50 mins): This workout has some killer combinations including plank work to start off with, a teaser series that will bring tears to the eyes and some tough push ups off the ball. You will also see some traditional thigh and glute raises to really chisel the lower body.


DISC 3 - Yoga Barre Fusion Series 

Mat (52 mins): A combination of yoga flow sequences with long lever barre exercises. You will challenge your balance and burn out your arms and legs with innovative combination moves that will leave you feeling lengthened and strengthened.

Sculpt (44 mins): This workout will layer on the intensity by using techniques such as pyramids and progressive overload. You will perform standing and plank exercises to keep your heart rate elevated and the calories burning.

Chisel (62 mins): This is a comprehensive total body workout that will take you through flowing sequences, pure barre mat work and a challenging abdominal set to finish off. You will start with combination moves that utilize level changes to get your heart rate up, then move to an intense squat lunge series and finish on the mat with flowing combinations that will incorporate multiple muscle groups.
