Welcome to the Traditional Barre series. You will target all your problem areas with traditional barre exercises that are tried and proven to give results. There are workouts for all the major muscle groups with some cardio factor to torch calories and a big burn!
THE SET INCLUDES:
Back Body (24): strengthen your hamstrings, glutes, triceps and back with these unique wall and laying exercises.
Compound (24): move through flowing dance like movements that will engage both your mind and your muscles.
Dynamic (31): get your heart rate up and your muscles burning with dynamic stretch sculpt exercises that will work you from all angles.
Large Range (24): use large range of motion exercises to challenge your balance and strength. There are combination moves and challenging crouching moves for maximum burn.
Pretzel (25): are you ready for outer thigh, glute and hip death? Work those problem areas with standing and seated pretzel moves.
Squats and Tucks (22): use traditional tucks and barre squats to specifically target the thighs and glutes. You will change feet positions for maximum burn and results.
Standing Abs & Lower (23): work your abs from all angles with not a crunch in sight. Specifically target the waistline with unique standing barre moves that will also engage the lower body.
Full Body (22): a total body express workout that uses compound moves to maximize your results. You will see some flowing warm up moves, fun hand weight and lower combos, a chair lower body sequence and some tough abs to finish.
