Welcome to the Target 10 series. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and Pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.

THE SET INCLUDES:

Arms (11): you will use light hand weights with high repetitions to sculpt your arms, shoulders, back and chest.

Back (12): you will use light hand weights and a resistance band to work every angle of your back, with larger range of motion and pulsing reps to keep your muscles guessing.

Barre Lower (11): you will use a resistance loop with standing barre style lower body exercises to burn in all the right places.

Glutes (12): You will start with kneeling glute raises, circles, out and ins, then more horizontal bend and extend and finally smaller range of motion pulses.

Outer Thighs (12): you will use ankle weights in a side lying tucked position to burn out all angles of your outer thighs.

Squats & Lunges (12): You will start with straight squats and side to side wide to narrow squats, then a curtsy lunge to tap, front leaning lunge and side lunge variation.

Standing Abs (11): you will use light hand weights and a resistance band tied into a loop to intensify a variety of different standing core exercises.

Quads (11): work the front of your thighs to perfection using a resistance loop with thigh dancing and leg raises and extensions.

Weighted Upper (12): use a variety of dumbbells and an elevation to chisel your arms, back, chest and shoulders.

Abs (11): use a pilates ball and elevation to target your upper and lower abs as well as special emphasis on waistline!
