Welcome to the Target 15 series. You will target all your problem areas with 15 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
In Target 15 Squats and Raises you will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning with some fast paced squat variations and targeted leg raises. You will see a squat to dead lift combo to warm up, then wide plie to cross over curtsy squats, side to side leg raises with triceps extensions, a alternating narrow staggered squat, front raises and pulses, side raises and pulses, glute raises and pulses, a side, front, back, narrow squat combo and a side lunge with knee raise combo to finish. Do it twice through for extra burn or add it on to one of my other Target 15 workouts for more of a challenge.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
