Welcome to the Cardio Strength series of 5 workouts! If you have a tight schedule, these 35 minute workouts will give you everything you need in a short amount of time! You will start each session with 15 minutes of steady state cardio, made fun with interesting, easy to follow routines. Then 20 minutes of strength training using weights as well as your body weight. Get ready to feel the burn and see the changes!
In Cardio Strength Wall you will start with 15 mins of easy to follow cardio sculpt intervals of 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of recovery. There are higher and lower intensity exercises to keep you in that fat burning mode. Next, 20 mins of wall exercises with lots of handstands against the wall to really burn out your shoulders. Modifications are shown throughout it you don't like the idea of handstands. Finish off with a lengthening stretch.
