In Walk and Sculpt 2500 Step Walk you will step at a moderate pace for a total of 35 minutes. Every 60 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. This one will use light hand weights to sculpt your arm muscles while you walk. It is a sweat fest, so get ready to burn a ton of calories!
