Welcome to the Traditional Mat series. You will target all your problem areas with traditional mat exercises that are tried and proven to give results. You will add extra equipment to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and are highly effective, giving maximum results in minimum time.

In Traditional Mat Outer Thighs you will use a chair, loop and light weights to increase the intensity of all your fav traditional mat exercises. You will see kneeling raises, extensions and circles using the chair to lean on, then a tough L-shape series using a resistance loop above the knees and an all 4s series with a weight behind the knee. Lots of variety and angle changes in this one to full fatigue your outer thigh muscles and also plenty of bonus muscle groups used. Happy Burning!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor!
