Welcome to the SCULPT IT Series, 4 workouts that will lengthen and strengthen your entire body. These are functional training workouts that use various combinations or mat and standing exercises to create long, lean muscles. There are lots of angle variations, balance challenges and compound exercises to engage both your mind and body. The workouts need minimal space and equipment. Do them any time any where for a total body challenge!

SCULPT IT Pyramid Lower will take you some unique exercise combinations that start by teaching you single reps and then moving to a pyramid starting with rep counts of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2,1. You will see squats with angled front and back kicks to warm up, then a straight and diagonal lunge combination with knees, kicks and crouching knees, you will move to a half moon combination with plie squat and side leg raises to the front and to the back, and finally a down dog glute raise combination with bent, straight and cross over raises. You will finish with a lengthening stretch. These exercises require mind muscle coordination and also challenge your core strength and balance. Get ready to burn!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
