Welcome to the Endurance 110 Series. These workouts use intervals of 110 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. Most of the workouts will split the intervals into 2 halves, doing one half on one side and then switching. this will fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn!

In Endurance 110 Singles and Doubles you will start with a squat kick move to warm up and then 6 combinations of 3 intervals each. The first interval alternates from side to side, then the next interval stays on one side and the third interval stays on the other side before moving on to a new combination.

The exercises are angled squats with diagonal back kicks, back lunges with knee ups, butt kick squats, diagonal side to side lunges with centre squats, plie squats with side knees, diagonal lunge to side knee raise and finally a inner thigh to side plank combination to finish.

There are easier modifications shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the easier versions. It's 40 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
