Welcome to the 10 Minute Tone Series. These short and sharp workouts are designed to tone all your trouble spots using the most effective exercises. You can also add various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge, however, it is still a great workout without it.
10 Min Tone Quads is a seated workout using a loop band to intensify! You will see different raises and extensions, at varying angles to really burn out the front of your thighs. You will use the band in three different positions - above the knees, below the knees and around the ankles - saving the hardest for last! This workout is knee, foot and ankle injury friendly!
