Perfect Collection
I enjoy all of these workouts! They are short and effective. No two workouts are the same. There's Barre with light weights, yoga style Stretch, weight work and bodyweight work. All are wonderful. I started doing these on YouTube and I am absolutely thrilled to have them on a DVD. These are one of my favorites and my go to. Since this purchase I've bought many more and will continue do so. Great workouts!
Four excellent workouts
I live Linda's workouts. This Quickfix set is a well-rounded set of four videos that really work you. I love the ballet box, my favorite, as it gets you breathing hard and working the upper body and arms. The body weights has you using three different weights to build strength. The yoga is a working yoga--you will be puffing through moves that aren't difficult or even hard but they are challenging and you will be working into those stretches. Body weight is the hardest--a good amount of planks on all sides--I am always sore in a good way after this one. I like the balance of these routines for a well-rounded practice. Love it!!
