PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Endurance 70, 80 and 90 Series, an advanced workout system to increase fitness, stamina, strength and balance. These are interval workouts where you work hard for 70, 80 or 90 seconds, depending on which workout, and then rest for just 10 seconds. There are 20 rounds in each workout, finishing with a stretch. There’s a large variety of functional exercises to engage your mind and body.
You can mix and match the workouts for a longer challenge or do them alone when you have less time.
THE SET INCLUDES:
Endurance 70 Series (128 mins)
Up and Down (33 mins): you will see front and back leg raises, plie hops to plank walk ins, diagonal knees and kicks, crouching knee pulls, down dog leg raises, in and out circle kicks, all fours leg circles, rotation kicks, pretzel sweeps, a triceps push up to down dog push up combo and a spider press to extended leg triceps dip combo.
Mostly Lower (31 mins): you will see side lunges with inner thigh sweeps, mini handstands to leg sweeps, down dog glute raises with weight transfers, a side leg raise combo, standing lunge knees and kicks and a lying glute raise to twist combo.
Total Sculpt (33 mins): you will start with 2 warm up rounds, then move into some high repetition, light weights exercises for the upper body. You will then use your chair to perform barre style lunges and squats before moving onto a tough abs segment featuring pendulum exercises to target every part of the core.
Cardio Box Sculpt (31 mins): you will move through a wide variety of punches, knee pulls and kicks. Some of the combinations will stay on one side for a couple of rounds then move to the other, and some combinations will utilise both sides at the same time.
Endurance 80 Series (144 mins)
Take it Off (36 mins): you will start with 2 warm up intervals and then move to 2 combinations, each is 4 rounds. You will start with a full combination and then take off one move in each of the next 3 intervals. There are also 2 cardio sculpt intervals before you switch sides.
Add it On (36 mins): you will start off with 2 warm up rounds and then do 2 separate combinations for 4 rounds each, with 2 cardio moves in between switching sides. The combinations will always start with a base move and each round you add on one component.
Body Burner (36 mins): you will start with some squats and lunges to warm up, then move into a side lunge to knee and kick combination, some single leg squat pulses, a crouching leg raise exercise and some tough elevated glute bridge exercises as well as glute raises using a chair.
Full Body (36 mins): you will see a squat lung and side leg raise combination, crouching knee pulls, plie squats with arm extensions, a mini handstand glute raise series, lunge raises with triceps extensions, a plank hop interval and a fun abs to leg raise series.
Endurance 90 Series (160 mins)
Total Body (40 mins): you will see lots of up and down moves including squats, kicks, mini handstands and some crouches and push-ups as well as intense glute exercises.
Lower (40 mins): The exercises include squats with knee rotations, half crescent lunges, lunge kick combinations, down dog to kick, down dog leg raises and kneeling butt raises.
Handstand Variations (41 mins): you will use handstand moves to strengthen your upper body and challenge your balance. You will also see lots of squat and lunge combinations that will increase your heart rate and burn your muscles. There are also some unique mat exercises for the lower body so that you work your butt from all angles.
Cardio Sculpt (39 mins): You will see higher intensity cardio intervals mixed with squat and kick combination moves as well as mat exercises to work your abs, chest and thighs.
