This triceps and thighs workout packs a punch in just 10 minutes. All you need is light hand weights and a mat. You will alternate between thigh dancing exercises to work thighs, hips and glutes and triceps exercises with light weights and body weight. All on the mat and no repeat, the time will fly and the burn will be real!
