Welcome to my PILATES ABS FUSION series. A set of abdominal workouts that will work your core from all angles. Using just your own body weight and for one workout a chair to elevate, you will be surprised how challenging these innovative, pilates style routines will be. Do these workouts 3 times a week and you will start to notice visible results!
INCLUDES 4 WORKOUTS:
Barre Fusion Abs (26 mins): This workout will tighten and tone your midsection in express time. The precise, fluid movements will help to firm and flatten your abdominals, as well as stretch and lengthen your back.
Core with Chair (22 mins): Using traditional pilates barre fusion exercises you will see a unique twist to work your core from every angle. Flatten your lower belly, trim obliques and whittle your waist with this challenging, but doable workout.
Pilates Core Blast (17 mins): This is an interval workout with 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest to burn out your core and give you maximum results in minimum time.
Seated Abs (23 mins): Using the c-curve position your upper, lower and oblique stomach muscles are all engaged to trim your waistline from all angles.

This is awesome! Each abs workout is totally different and fun. The Pilates Core Blast is a short, but tough workout- it hits the lower abs, upper abs, and obliques hard. It's perfect to add on to the end of your workout. The core with chair is really unique with the elevated work! It was really challenging and left me sore. The Barre Fusion Abs has two of my favorite abs variations- exercises in pretzel and in diamond. Bonus outer and inner thigh work! The seated abs is a lot of work in C-curve, which I love. These workouts really strengthen the hip flexors too so it helps in all of your workouts! These workouts help in every day movements too- balance, posture, etc. Perfect!

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique. This is a real girls workout in the sense that it is fun and feminine, but don't get me wrong it is still super intense with a big burn factor! The workouts are designed to be mixed and matched with an array of 20-30 minute upper body, lower body, abdominal and total body workouts that can be strung together for a longer session or done individually if you are short on time.
