Arms and Abs Extreme Ankle weights is a standing, wall and mat workout that will particularly target the shoulders, balance and obliques. Start with light weights and larger range of motion leg raises with arm exercises to heat up the entire body. Then a standing to kneeling to laying segment with balance work to engage the entire core. Next elevate your feet on a wall to engage your shoulders while doing knee pulls to work your core alternating with unique, body weight triceps exercises. Then hit the mat with a medium dumbbell to work upper and lower abs in laying and seated positions. The burn is real!!
 
 
What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from Pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles. By using a lighter weight with high repetitions the exercises are designed to target all of those underused smaller muscle groups resulting in a defined, lengthened dancer's physique.
