This DVD is definitely worth the money! Each 10-minute workout is distinct, but ALL will get your body moving and your heart pumping. The coolest thing about this DVD is a feature that you can select which workouts you want and add them together in whichever order you choose and then they will play automatically. You could do this DVD over and over again and it'd still feel fresh and challenging.


A 10-minute workout feels less daunting to squeeze into your day, but once you get moving I bet you end up doing a lot more than just 10 minutes! The instructor is great--motivating without being annoyingly perky and she gives clear instructions. I like that she didn't wear a skimpy outfit, even though she would've looked great in one--it made me less self-conscious of my own figure and helped me to concentrate on building muscle and burning calories! The only thing that's not great about this DVD is the music, but it's not distractingly terrible either.

Out of the tons of workout DVDs out there, this one really stands out!

This DVD is great. I love working out with it. The 10 minute workouts are just the right length and are helping me burn calories and lose weight. I have tried a lot of the other 10 Minute Workouts, but really like this one. Not too hard, not too easy, just right!

Had this DVD once but lost it in the shuffle of moving from South to North. I really like it because the short exercises pack a punch so you get to sweating in a short amount of time. I also like ten minute exercises because you can do a few of them and get variety. The kick boxing one is real good, the metabolism buster and the last one implements weights and I like this one the best because in ten minutes you feel like you used those weights for an hour. If this DVD wears out I'll purchase my third one.

This is a great DVD workout. Love how it's broken into 10 minute chunks, and you can view them in any order you choose. I'M 38,in decent shape,but don't really like exercise. This is a perfect balance, challenging but not too hard. Easy to learn.
