Barre HIIT 1

High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is one of the absolute best ways to burn fat and heaps of calories. By teaming cardio based intervals with barre style sculpting in this workout you will get the best of both worlds! The only equipment you will need is a watch or clock to time the 1 minute intervals. You can do this workout anywhere!

HOW IT WORKS:
There are 10 exercises – perform each exercise for 1 minute each NO BREAKS unless you are absolutely dying! At the end there is a burpee power move, which you will do as many times as possible until you physically can't any more! You can repeat this circuit as many times as you are able. 

EXERCISES:

1. Jack Front, Jack Back 2 sets, then single leg hop side to side x 4 

2. Wide plie hands at waist x 4, hinged plie hands to ground flat back x 4 

3. Burpee with split lunges

4. Left side leg raise with overhead reaches

5. Triple run side to side then 4 high knees

6. Right side leg raise with overhead reaches

7. Jack punch front x 4, then side to side lunge arms overhead and down x 4

8. Left lunge pulse x 3 then hinge over straight leg glute raise x 3

9. Ten high knee jogs, ten mountain climbers

10. Right lunge pulse x 3 then hinge over straight leg glute raise x 3

POWER MOVE: burpee split lunge x 2, plie jack, tuck jump
