Sculpt your glutes with traditional bridge mat exercises intensified by adding a stability ball. By changing leg angles and foot positioning you will target the glutes, hamstrings, outer and inner thighs in a very time efficient and results driven way. The stability ball increases the range of motion so that you get an even more intense squeeze in those glutes!

Add some weights on top of your thighs or even elevate your feet on a step to make this workout more intense. You will definitely feel the burn in all the right places with this short and effective routine.

What is Barlates Body Blitz: Barlates is a fusion style workout that borrows from pilates, barre, ballet, yoga and more traditional cardio and toning. The idea was to create a workout, which flows seamlessly from one move into the next using the principles of isotension and high repetitions to build long, lean muscles.
